What Clients Usually Ask
Gold jewelry starts from 2–5 pieces. S925 silver jewelry normally starts from 30–50 pieces. For collections with multiple designs, mixed styles and flexible quantities can be discussed based on the materials and production requirements.
Yes. Simply select your preferred materials and send us a sketch, reference image, CAD file or physical sample. Our CAD team will convert the design into a precise 3D model for your approval before production.
Yes. Sample orders are available for design and quality confirmation before bulk production. We recommend sampling first for new custom designs.
Standard samples normally take 7–10 working days after the CAD and specifications are confirmed. Bulk production normally takes 15–20 working days, depending on the design, materials, stones and order quantity.
Customer designs are treated as confidential. We do not publish, share or use a client’s original design for other customers without permission.
We work with S925 sterling silver, solid 9K, 10K, 14K and 18K gold, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, natural gemstones and CZ. Final material and stone options are confirmed according to the design and target budget.
